Currently we only deliver to addresses within the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia .
All in stock items are shipped with the courier the following business day of your placing an order. Upon placing the order, confirmation notice will be sent within 24 hours of receipt. Once your items are ready for delivery, you will either receive a call or email from one of our team members or an email or SMS from our delivery partner to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
Delivery within the city limits of the seven UAE emirates is usually completed within 1-3 days of order being shipped. For addresses outside the city limits, our delivery partner will reach out to confirm delivery date.
Shipping costs will automatically populate at checkout, depending on delivery location. Please note that once the delivery has been scheduled and you are not present to receive the package at the time of the delivery, we will charge a mandatory rescheduling fee of AED 10-20, location depending.
If you live outside of our current delivery areas and are interested in placing an order, please drop us a note on firstname.lastname@example.org with your destination address and item you would like to order. We will consult with our delivery partners and update on the possibility, costs and timelines for overseas shipping within 1-2 days.
Our ultimate goal is to make sure you are a 100% satisfied with your purchase, every time. So if you aren’t happy, we make it easy for you to return or exchange our precious beauties.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24hours of placing the order. Any unused and ‘as received’ items (in their original packaging) are eligible for a return within 14 days from purchase. Simply note whether there is another piece you have in mind or if you would like a refund, and we will do the rest.
For payments completed with credit card (i.e. Terl), refunds for returned and canceled items equivalent in value to the order total minus shipping charges will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. For Cash on Delivery and Postpay returns, you will receive an email with a gift card (equivalent in value to your order minus return shipping charges) to be used towards another purchase, within 2 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s). To redeem, simply enter it in the promo code field during checkout.
Please note that any Sale items will be refunded via gift card (equivalent in value to your order minus return shipping charges).
