Not permanently employed, instead working with different designers and brands, - Chicory Chai artisans' earnings are directly dependent on the number of orders they receive. Already unstable, their incomes took the biggest hit yet as the pandemic unraveled, order cancellations flooded in and prospects for future orders dwindled.

To help support the 7 craftsmen (each one a sole-bread winner for an average family of 6) behind the beautiful Chicory Chai jewelry, the brand is raising funds to help sustain them and their families during these times. And to do our part, we will be donating 100% of profits from each Chicory Chai piece sold.

The funds raised will be equally distributed amongst the artisans and will help provide financial security, life of dignity as well as safe working spaces, tools and basic equipment.
